HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS

PHASE 1

Getting Started

Schedule a one-on-one consultation by using our contact form or by calling 1-800-582-5806. We will get to know each other as well as talk about what you are looking to achieve out of your custom tiny home.

PHASE 2

Tiny Home Desires

During phase 2 of the design process,  we will take all of your ideas and put them  together into a detailed proposal outlining all of the features as well as an itemized, full cost breakdown of the details of your tiny home. Once the proposal has been accepted,  we will enter the contract and take your custom design of your tiny home to the next level.

PHASE 3

Architectural Foundations

In this phase we work closely with you to design the layout and architectural foundations of what will become your dream tiny home. We design your tiny home to be exactly how you want dreamed. 

PHASE 4

Tiny Home Design

Once the design of your custom tiny home has been completed by our team and approved by you, the final agreement will be ready to be signed and we will begin designing your custom tiny home.

PHASE 5

Project Planning

Our team begins working on the planning process. All aspects of the build gets scheduled including any special features and building materials that have been specified for your tiny home design.

PHASE 6

Building Begins

Our teams of builders and contractors build your custom tiny home piece by piece and  inspect your home for quality assurance.

PHASE 7

Testing

Upon completion of the build, your tiny home undergoes a series of tests on all the systems (like plumbing and electrical). After passing all tests, your home gets weighted and then we place Tiny Western Home  VIN plate on your home, marking it complete.

PHASE 8

Final Approval

Finally your custom tiny home is ready. We highly encourage you to take a site visit so you can physically walk through your brand new Tiny Western home. During the walk-through, we explain how your home functions and provide you with tips on ease of use and how to get the most out of your tiny home.
