The Nisqually features double sheer wall construction, on-demand hot water heater, 12,000btu ductless heat pump, quartz countertops, beautiful solid wood cabinetry throughout, 36″ one-piece shower stall, full appliance suite and two large lofts! Maintaining your comfort and energy costs we insulate our floors with R-21, R-21 closed cell insulation walls and ceiling with full thermal break. Cedar lap siding with board and batt accents. All the built on industry leading Iron Eagle chassis with full galvanized bottom pan and 4 built-in leveling jacks. 26′ is not enough, no problem. The Nisqually XL is built on a 30′ chassis!
The SKOOKUMCHUCK

This 30′ model features a main floor bedroom with mid-ship bath, kitchen, loft and an 8′ x 8′ rear living room. Tall Milgard windows though out. The Skookumchuck utilizes double wall construction with full thermal break. R-21 floor insulation, R-21 close cell insulation walls and ceiling. On demand hot water, 36″ one-piece shower, 12,000 btu ductless heat pump. Solid wood cabinetry, Quartz countertops. All built on an Iron Eagle triple axel chassis with full galvanized bottom pan and 4 built-in leveling jacks.
