MEET THE OWNERS
Mr and Mrs Forbes
Jim Forbes, owner, started his housing career in 1994 working with factory built structures. Shortly after, he became the Regional Vice President for Champion Home Enterprises, which was at the time the largest home builder in North America. During his years in the business, Jim has seen the completion of nearly a thousand projects.
He opened Western Showcase Homes in 2003, wanting to offer alternative building methods for home construction.
Jim is now proud to offer tiny homes on wheels and modular ADU’s.
